Ryan has a background in Sport Development and Business. His career began in education before transitioning into Finance Recruitment in 2011.

Over the past 14 years, he’s gained extensive experience, initially focusing on Permanent Transactional Finance roles and, for the past 8 years, specialising in Interim and Contract recruitment. Previously leading the division for a FTSE250 recruitment business in the north of England, he recruited Mid-to-Senior level roles for a diverse range of sectors, including Blue-chip PLCs, SMEs, and PE-backed businesses.
