Our professional Interim organisation services the clients need for seasoned HR/People leaders to drive transformational change programmes over a given period. We have a significant network of internationally mobile executive interim associates, vetted and reference checked, who are available at short notice to either undertake business critical projects, or step in during a period of absence or change.
We recognise that clients aren’t always ready to make an appointment but may want to understand the quality and capability of senior talent outside of their organisation. This exercise can be used to not only identify key individuals but also provide invaluable insight in areas such as compensation and benefits, organisational design, ED&I, strategic focus, specific operating models, and a range of innovative people initiatives. We aim to provide real time data that supports and/or provokes our clients thinking,
helping to shape future success.
Our Approach
Search:
Week 1
- Finalise all documentation and sign off the statement of work.
- Agree detailed candidate job brief outlining all responsibilities, associated skills, and competences.
- Identify and agree on a target company list to underpin mapping work.
- Invest time with the key stakeholders, focusing on cultural understanding.
Week 2
- Complete candidate identification and target company mapping work
- Approach and telephone screen potential leaders under NDA.
- Share job brief with standout individuals
- Initial client update call to share progress.
- Client receives first status report outlining work to date.
Week 3 & 4
- In depth formal interviews with candidates that look to be a strong fit against the brief.
- Client receives full status report.
- Client update call on progress and activity.
Week 5
- Shortlist presentation with client.
- Agree on preferred individuals to move to formal client interviews.
- Support all necessary interview arrangements.
Week 6+
- Offer negotiations managed on clients’ behalf.
- Support candidate exit and offboarding process and contractual notice obligations.
- Complete all professional referencing and provide reports as requested.
Interim:
First 48 Hours
- Discovery call with client to define the problem statement, project objectives, and success measures.
- Deep dive with our directors to review deliverables, risks, and ensure outcomes are aligned.
- Draft and finalise the Statement of Work (SOW), including clear timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Agree on budget and project costings.
- Identify required skills, roles, and experience levels.
- List Item Provide milestone timings for onboarding of resources.
Next 72 Hours
- Provide shortlisted qualified associates from our network, carefully matched against project deliverables and culture fit.
- All associates are referenced, vetted, and interviewed prior to inclusion.
- Share project profiles with client for review and approval.
- Conduct follow-up call with project sponsor and/or lead to review proposed resources.
- Schedule meetings with client.
Within 2 Weeks
- Mobilise as an individual resource/team to begin project delivery.
- Ensure all resources complete onboarding, including compliance checks, contracts, and client onboarding requirements.
Ongoing/ Follow Up
- Monthly quality assurance calls with our directors to review delivery progress, performance of resources, and make adjustments as needed.
- Regular check-ins with project sponsor to validate satisfaction and value delivered.
- Monthly consolidated invoicing offered to reduce administrative burden.
- Proactive check-ins and feedback loops for associates.
- Plan for scaling resources up or down depending on project needs.
- Exit and transition planning (knowledge handover, documentation, and smooth roll-off of resources).
