Typically, we work across the £70,000 to £120,000 salary range with a variety of fee structures depending on the assignment – from a single requirement to multiple vacancy projects.

Assignment Preparation
HW People will take full assignment briefings to encapsulate the background to the appointment and define key accountabilities, personal and experience requirements and professional qualifications.
Business Culture
We will take the time to understand your business from the inside and absorbing the culture and DNA of the working environment so that all candidates have a strong cultural alignment to ensure a long-term successful hire.
Mapping
We use every possible source of information to map, connect with, and attract appropriate talent for each brief. This involves a thorough research exercise in which our in-house research team map out target businesses, sectors and functional disciplines, to identify stand out talent.
Assessment and Shortlisting
Shortlisted candidates will have spoken to our researchers and lead consultants, before a comprehensive competency and cultural based interview to assess the candidate’s suitability, drivers and motivations.

Phil has over 20 years’ recruitment experience, including working for the world’s largest talent management business, in-house as a Senior Manager for an entrepreneurial-led telecoms company, and later with a search and selection consultancy. Prior to joining HW People, Phil ran his own boutique recruitment business for more than a decade focusing on E-commerce, Technology and Senior management.
