We work collaboratively with our clients on a retained, consultative basis, enabling them to benefit from our ability to research and source talent across disciplines, sectors and locations. Typically, we work across the £70,000 to £120,000 salary range with a variety of fee structures depending on the assignment – from a single requirement to multiple vacancy projects.

Our talent acquisition service has been adopted from HW Global’s executive search practice, using the same rigorous method, process and principles. This way we are able to uncover the hidden and best talent, not just the active talent.

Mapping

Assessment and Shortlisting

Shortlisted candidates will have spoken to our researchers and lead consultants, before a comprehensive competency and cultural based interview to assess the candidate’s suitability, drivers and motivations.
