- All associates are referenced prior to presentation to ensure their capabilities and culture match your needs appropriately.
- All associates are interviewed by our Client Delivery Lead and Directors.
- Prior to commencing, we can provide additional referencing including credit and/or criminal checks if required.
- During engagement we continue to engage with associates monthly to ensure that objectives are being met and any issues are identified.
- During the engagement we will continue to meet to provide feedback from associates sessions and understand if your program objectives are on track.
- We will provide a service level agreement encompassing the above and monthly reporting as required.

- Identify and agree on a target company list to underpin mapping work.
- Invest time with the key stakeholders, focusing on cultural understanding.

- Complete candidate identification and target company mapping work
- Approach and telephone screen potential leaders under NDA.
- Share job brief with standout individuals.

- In person formal interviews with the team.
