Rafi entered the recruitment industry at 20, starting his career during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, a challenging time that ultimately shaped his resilience and success.

Rafi has focused exclusively on Senior and Executive Finance appointments, spending 14 years in a National Finance Recruitment Specialist, based out of Yorkshire. He played a key role in establishing their Yorkshire presence in 2010 and led all their Senior Finance placements across a range of businesses, from PLCs to SMEs. From 2018 to 2024, Rafi led the office, spanning all Finance roles from Transactional up to Senior Finance, growing the division to 25 people.
