Phil is an Associate Director at HW People covering multiple commercial disciplines including Digital, Marketing, Technology, Change and Transformation.

Phil has over 20 years’ recruitment experience, including working for the world’s largest talent management business, in-house as a Senior Manager for an entrepreneurial-led telecoms company, and later with a search and selection consultancy. Prior to joining HW People, Phil ran his own boutique recruitment business for more than a decade focusing on E-commerce, Technology and Senior management.
