Charlotte joined HW to expand the service offering and manage the new Interim Solutions business whilst supporting clients in all areas of leadership, transformation and change. Having specialised for over a decade, she has an extensive network of Senior Management and Project Professionals across Finance, Business Systems, Business Performance Improvement, Governance & Risk, and Operations.

Charlotte’s focus is to provide the necessary skills and experience to allow clients to make changes to process, people or systems (technology) to better align their business against the strategic agenda and future vision.
