We want to use this influence for good, and ensure that talent pools are widened, and that every hire thrives in ethical and inclusive environments. Our Own Diversity

At HW Group, we strive to create an environment where individuals from all walks of life can do their best work, regardless of colour, gender, or background. We believe that a diverse workforce fosters innovation and drives success.

As a group, we acknowledge that there is still significant work to be done – not only within our industry but also across our brands – to enhance representation across all demographics. The UK recruitment industry has historically been dominated by white males, which comes with a challenge to effectively serve a diverse client base and foster inclusive workplaces. Current diversity representation in the UK recruitment market stands at approximately 20% or lower, encompassing both gender and ethnicity. We recognise that change is essential and are dedicated to working to dismantle barriers that underrepresented individuals may face. 

To address these challenges, we have developed a comprehensive plan for 2025 and beyond. This plan focuses on ongoing training, development and education initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within our teams. We are committed to implementing practices that support equitable opportunities for all and ensure that every voice is heard and valued.
