The Challenge

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, the strategic decision had been made to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Leeds. 

To successfully build and scale this hub, six key hires were needed across  Finance and Procurement with salary ranges of £60,000- £105,000— roles that would be critical in ensuring the Centre of Excellence could deliver on its ambitious objectives.
