I’ve been working with HW for a number of years and find the service and approach second to none. They take time to understand the needs of the client, normally via a series of 1:1 conversations. After they have understood what the client is looking for, HW begins an extensive search, identifying potential candidates. Through the process HW keep in contact with the candidates ensuring they are kept up to date with progress of the role and ensuring they are comfortable with how things are going. This attentiveness isn’t something I’ve seen with others, and I feel this sets HW way above the rest and makes sure the right candidates are found. Even after finding the right candidate, HW checks in regularly with both candidate and client to ensure everything is working. My interactions with the HW team have always been brilliant, and I would highly recommend using them.
