As the business had grown, I had already identified some key roles missing from the C-Suite, including a CPO. Shortly after our secondary PE deal was completed we engaged with HW People to help find the right person to lead on our people strategy. HW People helped scope the selection brief and was able to show examples of what good looks like. As a healthcare business we were keen to get someone who knew our sector but also the challenge of a high growth environment and we were successful in finding the right person thanks to the HW People team.
