HW People recruited our Head of People in 2024. Throughout the process she was transparent on her approach to search, down selection and candidate evaluation. We successfully recruited Georgina who has been a key part of our cultural transformation and is now integral to both day to day and strategic matters and has been with the company for 17 months.
