Having primarily recruited senior finance professionals into Private Equity situations across the UK, Ross has joined HW Finance to jointly lead the new Manchester office.

Ross previously established the first Northern offices of a London based recruiter and more recently set up his own business focusing on supporting executive and senior level finance hires. He has a passion for building long lasting relationships to become a true recruitment partner to his clients.
