Kellie joined HW Group to build, drive and scale the Tech Interim Solutions practice, bringing with her over 21 years of specialist technology recruitment experience across the UK, Europe and US.

Having worked closely with organisations across the full technology landscape, Kellie takes a collaborative approach to resourcing, working with clients to understand their strategic challenges and providing the right talent to deliver against them, whether through interim placements or outcome based project solutions, across Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, Cyber Security, AI Leadership, Technology Change, or Programme Delivery.

Her focus is to provide the specialist skills and experience needed to drive change across people, process, and technology, whilst championing gender equality in the sector and ensuring exceptional women in technology are visible, considered, and placed at the highest levels.
