HW Finance are proud to have been Retained by a highly entrepreneurial, scaling business operating within real estate development and care services. Following significant growth, the group is entering an exciting new phase backed by substantial institutional funding and an ambitious acquisition pipeline.

This is a pivotal, senior hire, responsible for leading the acquisition, funding and corporate finance strategy of the business. You’ll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to execute a substantial pipeline of transactions and drive the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of acquisitions across the UK
• Manage a live pipeline of multi-site transactions
• Drive due diligence, structuring, negotiation and completion
• Work closely with lenders, investors and advisors
• Support a large investment and development pipeline
• Contribute to land acquisition and development strategy
• Act as a key commercial partner to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Strong M&A / corporate finance / corporate development experience
• Proven track record of executing transactions
• Experience working with debt providers and institutional capital
• Commercial mindset with strategic thinking capability
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Backgrounds could include Investment Banking, Big 4 / Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity-backed businesses, or relevant real estate / healthcare investment experience.
