HW Finance are pleased to be partnering with a global business in Leeds who are looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.

The business have operations across the world with a large site based in Leeds home to a range of key business functions within the global network.

The role 

We are looking for a pro-active FP&A Analyst who can work as part of a medium sized team, working closely with FP&A and Business Partnering teams across the UK, Asia and America. You’ll analyse financial and operational data, produce foreasting and budgeting models and business partner with business leaders to guide decision making.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the development, preparation and presentation of short- and long range financial plans.
• Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending and narrative results analysis for management.
• Work closely with the global accounting teams to gain insight into financial results
• Perform economic research on rates of return, depreciation, working capital etc
• Gather, analyse and summarise recommendations for financial plans & acquisition activity strategic growth initiatives
• Other ad-hoc reporting requirements as assigned

Ideally, you will be part way through your studies (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or newly qualified, either from Practice or Industry, and be looking for a truly commercial role where you can add value and drive business performance.
