Corporate Tax Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing organisation with ambitious plans for the future. This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of tax areas, working closely with the Head of Tax on both compliance and strategic matters across a dynamic UK group and its overseas subsidiaries.

About the Role
In this hands-on position, you will:

• Prepare UK Corporation Tax returns and related computations.
• Support ongoing transfer pricing and BEPS documentation.
• Manage cash tax forecasting and payments.
• Prepare and oversee VAT returns (UK VAT group and international).
• Collaborate with payroll and reward teams on P11D, PSA and ERS filings.
• Assist with group tax accounting, disclosures, and governance documentation.
• Contribute to the maintenance of internal tax policies, risk registers, and SAO compliance.
• Help manage key relationships with HMRC, auditors, and advisors.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of UK Corporation Tax and VAT.
• Experience preparing UK tax returns and group-level tax disclosures.
• Familiarity with PAYE is a plus (training can be provided).
• Excellent analytical, data processing and communication skills.
